Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking an experienced payroll administrator to manage contractor payroll and timesheets at our Century City, Cape Town-based hybrid office. The role focuses on ensuring accurate pay, expense claims, and compliance with international payroll regulations.

You will liaise with internal teams to on-board contractors, process payments, and reconcile data across payroll systems. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Formación

• 3-5 years experience in recruitment pay and bill.
• Hybrid work arrangement: Cape Town Century City (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
• Experience with international payroll regulations (UK/US) and contractor payroll.
• Proven accuracy in payroll processing and timekeeping controls.
• Strong attention to detail and communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Chasing and processing timesheets from client portals.

• Set up bank payments to contractors and reconcile nets in finance system.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Chasing and processing timesheets including timely downloads from client portals.

Verify and validate contractor expense claims.

Processing NSF’s (New Starter Forms for contractors)

Liaising with internal departments to ensure new starters are compliant.

Setting up bank payments to contractors.

Reconcile net pay account on finance system when payments have been made.

Dealing with pay queries from contractors.

Reconcile data between CRM and payroll system.

Actively chase outstanding PO’s.

Payroll administration and reporting duties.

Ensure compliance with new policies and legislative changes.

Liaise with internal departments to raise invoices for permanent placements.

Maintain process notes.

Providing cover in the payroll department in times of annual leave.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in recruitment pay and bill

Cape Town, Century City based hybrid (3 days in office - 2 days WFH)

Working hours will be 11.30am-7.30pm UK time 4 days a week, Friday 11.30-5pm UK time

Proven experience in contractor payroll.

Intime - system experience for contractor time sheets

Experience with TSP/Access Pay and Bill

Knowledge of International payroll legislation and regulations (UK / US).

Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable liaising with internal/external stakeholders and senior management
