HotelJobs in Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking Senior CDP and CDP-level chefs to join a dynamic kitchen team focused on high standards and continuous learning. The role provides exposure to restaurant service and central production, with opportunities to develop and take on greater responsibility.

We are looking for passionate, reliable and curious chefs who work well in a team, respond to feedback, and aim to build a long-term career in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Senior CDP/CDP with quality restaurant experience.
• Ability to run a section independently.
• Strong fundamentals in cooking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Exposure to a variety of kitchen sections.
• Experience in restaurant service and central production.
• Work in butchery, sauces, stocks, fermentation, pickling & preservation.
• Bread, bakery and pastry production.
