About the Role

Our client is seeking an attentive and experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on exciting projects in Paarl, Western Cape . This role is crucial for managing the financial aspects of construction projects directly on-site, ensuring cost control, accurate valuations, and effective contract administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring work, preparing interim payment applications, managing variations, and contributing to the final account settlement. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of construction costs and methods, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic site environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the commercial success of projects, liaising closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams.
