Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably site-based.

• Manage interim payment applications and final account settlements.
• Monitor project costs, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
