About the Role

Our client, a leading contractor in the Western Cape, is seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor to join their project team in Paarl, Western Cape, ZA . This role is integral to the financial management of construction projects directly from the site, ensuring costs are controlled and managed effectively throughout the construction phase. You will be responsible for site-based cost control, valuing work executed, managing subcontractors, and assisting the Project Manager with commercial matters.
