Job summary

Zutari is seeking a results-driven professional to support tendering, contract management and on-site project delivery across mining and engineering spaces. The role involves estimating, preparing bills of quantities, and negotiating contracts to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will work on multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate with teams, mentor junior staff, and travel to site as needed. A minimum of four years' experience and familiarity with WinQS and DimX is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in mining and engineering space with on-site exposure.
• On-site engineering construction site experience.
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract in construction & engineering incl. FIDIC.
• Willing to work on project sites.
• Strong client engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with contractual claims.
• Mentoring and development of young talent.
• Experience with WinQS and DimX.
• Ability to travel.

Role Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years plus experience in the mining and engineering space with more than 1 year previous on-site experience.
• Experience on an engineering construction site
• An above average understanding of contract management and knowledge of various standard forms of contract in construction & engineering including FIDIC at a minimum
• Willing to work on project sites
• Strong problem-solving skills including excellent and proven client engagement ability
• Strong analytical skills
• Commercial astuteness
• Experience with contractual claims

• Previous experience working in WinQS and DimX
• Ability to Travel
