Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £3 million warehouse fit-out in London. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project runs to programme.

The role offers a competitive CIS-rate, weekend and overtime opportunities, and a collaborative project team with potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the current 24-week scheme.

Formación

• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or cut and carve projects for warehouses.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid certification.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Ability to work effectively with the wider project team to deliver the scheme.
• Driving licence for future work.

Responsabilidades

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £3 million project, fitting out an industrial unit in Walthamstow, East London.

It is a scheme which runs for 24 weeks, starting at the beginning of November. We're looking to interview for the role next week.

The client has been winning a lot of work of late including in the warehouse fit-out and refurbishments sector, this is an order book that runs firmly into 2027 so long-term work is available for the right candidate.

About the role of Site Manager

The company is an established construction contractor delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a dedicated project team and take a leading role in the successful delivery of a significant warehouse fit-out scheme. You will be responsible for the day to day running of a £3 million warehouse fit-out, ensuring works are delivered efficiently to the programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors, you will coordinate site activities, manage labour and resources and oversee the delivery of internal alterations and fit-out works within an existing warehouse environment.

Requirements for Site Manager

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid certification.


• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance.


• Ability to work effectively with the wider project team to deliver the scheme successfully.


• Driving license for future work.
