Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking a Site Leader to drive delivery on electrical infrastructure projects across multiple sites in South Africa. You will manage scope, schedule, costs and resources while ensuring SHEQ compliance and robust stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a relevant degree, strong leadership and governance capabilities, and the ability to oversee teams on site. Permanent contract with duties across Substations and Construction Services.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Project Management training would be an added advantage
• SACPCMP Registration would be an added advantage
• 5 years’ experience in a site management role on a Construction site in addition to the study time for the qualification
