Job summary

Together Staffing group is assisting a leading South African construction company in Cape Town to find a driven Site Engineer to join their Building Division. You will take ownership of project execution, coordinate site activities and lead teams to deliver high-quality projects safely and on programme.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction, strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control and site administration, and a BEng/BSc/BTech in Construction Management or Civil

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience within the construction industry, preferably within the building sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control and site administration
• Education: BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Construction Management/ Civil Engineer or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities from project commencement through to completion, ensuring milestones, quality requirements and project objectives are achieved.
• Plan, programme and monitor construction activities while coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and construction methodologies.
