Job summary

Persona Staff seeks an experienced sales and project management professional in the signage industry. You will generate new business, manage client relationships, and oversee from quotation to installation. Strong communication, organisation, and technical drawing interpretation are essential.

Experience in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office will be advantageous. The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset in a busy environment with frequent site visits and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years signage industry experience.
• Proven sales and project management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and signage manufacturing processes.
• MS Office proficiency; ERP or CRM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, identify sales opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales activities and effective follow-ups.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements and assess site specifications.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on prospective sales.
• Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays, challenges, and client queries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales information, quotations, and project documentation.
