Persona Staff seeks an experienced sales and project management professional in the signage industry. You will generate new business, manage client relationships, and oversee from quotation to installation. Strong communication, organisation, and technical drawing interpretation are essential.

Experience in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office will be advantageous. The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset in a busy environment with frequent site visits and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years signage industry experience.
• Proven sales and project management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and signage manufacturing processes.
• MS Office proficiency; ERP or CRM experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays, challenges, and client queries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales information, quotations, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the signage industry (essential).
• Proven experience in both sales and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes.
• Computer literate, with Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP or CRM experience will be advantageous.
• Valid South African driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
