Winning Form is seeking a skilled operative to design and fabricate signage structures on-site, welding with MIG and TIG processes. You will guide clients, maintain equipment, and ensure timely, safe production while upholding strict quality standards.

The role requires boiler making experience and printing/fabrication knowledge, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Join a dynamic team focused on high-quality results and continuous improvement.

Formación

Driver's License is required.
5 years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding.
1 year technical knowledge on printing and fabrication.
3 years’ experience in boiler making.

Responsabilidades

Design and fabricate signage structures for site installation, using a range of materials.
Advise clients to achieve the best result.
Maintain machinery, tools, and consumables; ensure proper accounting.
Communicate production schedules to meet deadlines.
Adhere to health and safety standards when using power tools.
Perform quality checks on final products before dispatch.
Troubleshoot design/fabrication issues and report concerns.
Maintain housekeeping standards and reduce downtime.
Order stock timely to sustain workflow.
Manage machinery with quality checks, aging and running costs.
Establish internal controls to boost productivity.
Assist with ad-hoc management requests.

Responsibilities

Operational Function

Design and fabrication of signage structures for site installation at various locations. Fabrication will include but is not limited to welding and assembly of products / items using a wide variety of materials.
Provide advice and guidance to clients where necessary in order to achieve the best result.
Ensure that all machinery, tools and consumables are serviced, maintained, handled with care and accounted for at all times.
Effective communication on production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to when working (e.g. when working with power tools).
Perform quality assurance checks on the final products before they are dispatched to customers, this may include but is not limited to prints, vehicle prints, internal and external signage, fabrication.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise when designing or fabricating and report any concerns to management.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
Ensure efficient maintenance and planning solutions to minimize cost and down time.
Ordering of stock timeously to ensure continuation of work.
Effective management of the machinery using quality control checks, aging, running costs, etc.
Establish internal control measures to maintain and improve productivity.
Assist with any other ad-hoc functions as required by management.

Competitor intelligence and remain in touch with new signage solutions/new technology.

Qualifications

Driver's License
5-years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding
1-year technical knowledge on printing and fabrication
3-years’ experience in boiler making
