Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Operations Management or related field.
• 10 years' experience in a Shopping Centre Operations Management role.
• Strong maintenance and facilities knowledge; hands-on.
• Experience in staff management and contractor supervision.
• Tenant management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence with various systems.
• Own vehicle is essential.
• Based in or around the East Rand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and facilities of the shopping centres.
• Manage all maintenance, repairs and operational requirements, ensuring centres are well maintained and fully operational.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and address operational queries.
• Manage and oversee staff, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, compliance, health & safety and general centre standards.
• Identify operational issues proactively and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
• Work closely with tenants, contractors and management to ensure smooth running.
• Maintain accurate operational records and keep administrative requirements up to date.
