Job summary

The Staff Connection in Gauteng is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and facilities of shopping centres, ensuring smooth running and high standards. You will manage maintenance, repairs and operational requirements, build strong tenant relationships, and supervise staff, contractors, and service providers.

Based in or around the East Rand with an own vehicle, you bring a degree in operations management and 10 years’ experience in centre operations; strong IT

• 10 years' experience in a Shopping Centre Operations Management role.
• Strong maintenance and facilities knowledge; hands-on.
• Experience in staff management and contractor supervision.
• Tenant management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence with various systems.
• Own vehicle is essential.
• Based in or around the East Rand.

Minimum Requirements
