Qualifications

• Advanced computer literacy including MS Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Marketing of space & renewals, lease negotiations and rent collection.
• Supervise service contracts, installations and maintenance.
• Budgeting and expense control, energy management and reporting.
• Liaise with tenants, clients, brokers and the public.
