Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to support day-to-day operations at the point of sale in a welcoming store environment.

You will handle cash, scan merchandise accurately, enroll customers into the Clicks clubcard program, and promote promotions to boost sales while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute all POS transactions accurately and promote clubcard enrollment.
• Maintain stock and visual merchandising per store standards.

• Safely handle cash and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Promote promotions and advise customers on offers to drive sales.

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.
• To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• To proactively promote the Clicks' clubcard and to enroll new clubcard members in order to achieve the clubcard participation targets.
