Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an in-store employee in Sandton to deliver service excellence at the point of sale, handle cash and payments, promote the Clubcard program, and drive promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will maintain product knowledge, assist customers, and ensure merchandising and housekeeping standards align with store policies and brand values.

Qualifications

• Basic maths required.
• Retail/FMCG background helpful.
• Understanding of stock management and promotions principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute all point-of-sale operations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including loyalty rewards.
• Ensure cash handling is safe and accountable at all times.
• Promote Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador and maintain store standards.

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
