Placements24 is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for a Bloemfontein-based manufacturing site. You will oversee production operations on assigned shifts, ensuring targets are met, quality is maintained, and the shift team runs efficiently.

A strong leader with process knowledge and a commitment to safety is essential. You will monitor line performance, train staff, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Minimum supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
