Shift Manager – McDonald’s

Join to apply for the Shift Manager role at McDonald’s. This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters; McDonald’s USA has no ownership or control of this restaurant.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance and taking action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the incoming Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift
• Assisting departments to meet goals and targets
