Job summary

Network Contracting in Gauteng seeks a Production & Operations Supervisor to drive weekly production plans, monitor performance, reduce waste and ensure material availability. You will coordinate maintenance to maximise uptime and lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment.

You're expected to have a BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering with at least five years of supervisory experience, preferably in food, beverage, or metal can sectors.

Qualifications

• BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing plant.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Shift Supervisor managing a manufacturing plant.
