Production Management
Lead shift activities to achieve production targets and maintain high quality standards.
Organize and schedule workflows, assigning specific responsibilities to team members.
Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs) like throughput and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Maintenance & Technical Coordination
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize unplanned downtime.
Coordinate first-line and preventative maintenance schedules with the technical team.
Manage job cards and work permits for specialized repairs or upgrades.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures to drive permanent improvements.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all machinery is operated according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and coach staff on both production tasks and basic equipment care.
Manage employee performance, including reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
