Jobs 4 All in Atlantis, Western Cape, seeks an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality across the site. You will drive compliance, maintain ISO/FSSC certifications, and promote a proactive safety culture in plastics manufacturing.

The role requires a strong SHEQ background, 5+ years in manufacturing, and leadership to manage teams, audits, and risk controls. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with a relevant safety or compliance focus.
• Teritary qualification in Safety Management, Risk or Compliance required or preferred.
• Industrial Engineering qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in SHEQ management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated SHEQ Management System.
• Maintain and secure ISO and FSSC certifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, OH&S and safety laws.
• Lead internal and external SHEQ audits and address findings.
• Oversee Quality Control and testing of materials and products.
• Manage risk, incident reporting and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate training and drive SHEQ continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach the Quality Control and SHE teams.
