DHL Supply Chain South Africa is seeking a seasoned SHEQ & BCM Specialist to lead site safety, quality, and environmental programs. You will coordinate audits, drive regulatory compliance, and liaise with regulators and customers to ensure robust risk controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years SHEQ experience.
• 2 - 3 years Logistics / Warehouse experience.
• 2–5 Warehouse/Logistics environment.
• Customer-facing audit experience.
• Multi-standard management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site SHEQ and BCM strategy.
• Chair SHEQ Management Review meetings.
• Provide monthly SHEQ performance reporting.
• Engage with customers, regulators and auditors.
• Drive SHEQ culture and leadership visibility programmes.
• Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and risk management.
• Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and CAPA.
• Manage security governance and facilities maintenance governance.
