You will manage service teams, optimize processes, and implement strategies across Gauteng to drive performance and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of operations management experience in service delivery, with strong leadership and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations management focused on service delivery.
• Proven experience in managing service teams and improving processes.
• Strong understanding of service delivery models and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service delivery operations in Soweto.
