Job summary

Discovery Health is seeking a Service Consultant to handle inbound calls from Health Professionals and provide first-time resolution in line with service standards. The role mainly operates from the office, with possible offsite visits, and involves querying Discovery Health, Key Care, and internal systems.

You will perform admin tasks in CRM, assist with case escalations, and maintain performance metrics while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths/Accounting and English at least 50%.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Contact Centre Consultant.
• Minimum 6 months Claims Specialist experience.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from Health Professionals and resolve queries.
• Provide first time resolution and maintain Discovery Service Standards.
• Perform admin tasks including CRM and data entry.
• Escalate complex cases to internal departments.
• Maintain performance metrics (TMBR, DPMO, AHT).
