Discovery Health is seeking a Service Consultant in Chronic Servicing to handle queries from customers, franchises and brokers, aiming to resolve issues related to Chronic conditions and HIV. Key tasks include taking calls, processing admin, updating product policies, and handling escalated queries while using Discovery systems.
