Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.
  • Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
  • Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
  • Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
  • Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
  • Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
  • Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
  • Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
  • Effective self-management and teamwork
  • Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
Qualifications
  • Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory).
  • 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role
