Job title: Service Centre Clerk
Job Location: Mpumalanga, Nelspruit

Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.
- Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
- Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
- Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
- Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
- Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
- Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
- Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
- Effective self-management and teamwork
- Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
Qualifications
- Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory).
- 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role
