Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support store operations. You will stack and merchandise, price items, monitor stock quality and ensure safety and compliance with standards. The role requires basic computer literacy and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stack and store products safely and neatly.
• Merchandise products per standards.
• Price random weight/loose items correctly.
• Check pricing labels for accuracy.
• Check quality, rotate stock, remove expired stock.
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage and damages.
• Check temperatures and maintain cold chain when needed.
• Follow security procedures.
• Operate and clean equipment per standards.
• Assist customers: listen, advise and provide products.
• Process customer orders per procedures and service standards.
• Promote products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
