Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an SEO Specialist to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead the technical roadmap, determine content priorities, and craft the ranking story for clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will handle technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content coordination with writers and AI. You will manage links, local and multi-location SEO, and provide GA4/Search Console

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
