Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an SEO Project Manager to own the delivery of marketing initiatives for clients in the US from a remote location. The role emphasizes campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships while keeping projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure clear client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
