Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Project Manager to own delivery of marketing work for US clients. You will drive campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship to keep projects on time and on budget.

This is a delivery role for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to completion, coordinating strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
