Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Project Manager to own the delivery of client programs, including campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship.

You will coordinate PPC and SEO teams, keep projects on time and on budget, communicate status to clients, and unblock internal teams to move work forward in a fast-paced digital agency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
