Placements24 is seeking a Senior Web Developer for a remote-first team in South Africa. You will design, build, and maintain robust web applications, collaborating with product, design, and other developers to shape technical directions and deliver high-quality software.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development, strong command of modern front-end and back-end languages, and experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 5+ years as a professional full-stack web developer.
• Strong front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Python/Node.js/Java).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API design.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
