Placements24 is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead critical municipal water and wastewater projects in Rustenburg. You will oversee design, modeling, and implementation of water supply networks, treatment plants and stormwater systems.

The role requires extensive experience in hydraulic modeling, project leadership and compliance with South African water regulations. You will mentor a team and interact with clients and authorities to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Water Resources/Environmental focus.
• Professional registration as Pr.Eng. with ECSA is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in water resources engineering, municipal focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of municipal water supply networks and treatment facilities.
• Plan and design wastewater collection and treatment systems.
• Develop comprehensive stormwater management plans and infrastructure solutions.
