FlySafair seeks an experienced Warehouse Administrator to manage stock, paperwork and daily warehouse tasks. You will conduct inspections, bin incoming parts, perform cycle counts, route items to hangars, package per ATA rules and dispatch shipments.

Role requires ERP proficiency, MS Office skills, and 3–5 years in warehousing, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork. Johannesburg-based, with shift rostering and safety responsibilities.

Competenze

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years warehousing experience (Essential).
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good understanding of stock management and FIFO.

Mansioni

• Conduct inspections on incoming parts and handle deviations.
• Bin parts into designated areas and perform weekly stock counts.
• Pick and route parts from warehouse to hangars/outstations.
• Package parts per ATA regulations and dispatch shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and update the stock system.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and housekeeping.
• Shift rostering and daily operational oversight.
• Assist in tool store and with stock queries from management.
• Ensure warehouse access control and safety compliance.
