Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, Film Production, or related field
• 10+ years in visual effects production with at least 5 years in supervisory/lead roles
• Proven track record delivering high-quality VFX for feature films/TV/major commercials
• Expertise in VFX software/workflows: Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects, Unreal Engine
• Strong 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and compositing knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Strong artistic eye and storytelling through VFX

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in key VFX software and workflows (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects, Unreal Engine).
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
