You will guide VFX teams from concept to final, collaborating with directors and producers to realize the vision and ensure seamless integration with live action.

Candidates should have a decade of experience, a strong showreel, and mastery of the full VFX pipeline, with leadership and budget-management skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in visual effects supervision for feature films.
• Stellar portfolio showing leadership on visually complex and high‑impact film projects.
• Demonstrated expertise across the full VFX pipeline: modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering and compositing.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, set design and practical effects.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

This senior leadership position demands a visionary artist with a proven track record of delivering groundbreaking visual effects for major motion pictures. You will be responsible for leading VFX teams from concept to completion, collaborating closely with directors and producers to achieve breathtaking on-screen results that enhance storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entire VFX pipeline, from pre-visualization to final compositing, and possess exceptional artistic judgment and technical acumen. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative and technical execution of visual effects sequences for feature films.
• Collaborate intimately with directors, producers, and cinematographers to define and realize the visual effects vision.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate artists.
• Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software and pipeline tools.
