Boardroom Appointments seeks a seasoned UX/UI designer to lead experiences across customer journeys, leveraging data to inform design decisions and ensure brand CI alignment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with advantage for Financial Services exposure, and a commitment to continuous learning and regulatory awareness.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions using Brand CI.
Lead implementation and performance of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis.
Identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions.
Conduct research and analyze data to develop a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches within established systems.
Build effective working relationships and provide high-quality professional services to support delivery of business strategy and plans.
Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures.
Deliver plans for small elements of change management programs.
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including testing.
Act as subject matter expert. Maintain external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of emerging regulations and industry best practices.
Matric / Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
