Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil) or related technical field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in upstream oil and gas with at least 5 years in project management.
• PMI, Prince2 knowledge and tools relevant to project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of upstream E&P projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress, report KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate project teams and document lessons learned.
