Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our digital products in a fully remote setup. You will drive user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver delightful user experiences across web and mobile.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience, proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, and a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of interaction and visual design principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and team input.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
