Placements24 is seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join a fully remote product development team. You will manage the entire design process, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and visual design.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, delightful interfaces for web and mobile, maintain brand consistency, and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in design, HCI, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction and visual design principles.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create personas, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Develop wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
