Job summary

Inhancesc in Gauteng invites a Managing Executive to design and optimise transport solutions using planning, modelling and TMS technology. You will translate operational requirements into system configurations to improve cost, utilisation and service performance across client environments.

The role combines transport knowledge with data analytics, commercial insight and hands-on leadership across client engagements, solution design and continuous optimisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in transport planning and TMS.
• Demonstrated experience in transport modelling and optimisation.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret transport data.
• Sound commercial understanding of transport costs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse transport networks, routes, demand and capacity to identify opportunities.
• Develop and run transport planning and optimisation models.
• Configure TMS solutions and maintain master data standards.
• Evaluate system impacts on planning and execution; validate changes.
• Engage with clients to present analyses and recommended improvements.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building within teams.
