Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a seasoned Transport Manager to oversee delivery scheduling, fleet upkeep and cost control in a fast-paced Sandton warehousing environment. You will drive efficiency, compliance and cross‑dock operations while coordinating with HR and finance to meet budget and KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in transport management, a relevant degree, strong leadership and reporting skills to ensure on-time dispatch, budget adherence and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with higher Math and relevant transport qualifications.
• Minimum 5–7 years management experience in transport/warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, cost control, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross dock operational requirements.
• Control costs, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain delivery schedules and optimize routes for lower costs.
• Ensure EPOD & Track Matic usage per procedures.
• Lead HR processes: staff schedules, PDPs, training and discipline.
