Qualifications

• CA(SA) designation is required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services environments.
• Experience in finance, treasury or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess the financial and accounting implications of structured finance transactions.
• Support transaction execution and implementation activities.
• Engage with Finance, Technical Accounting, Treasury and stakeholders.
• Contribute to reporting, analysis and governance requirements.
• Support review of transaction performance and risks.
• Assist with development of structuring and transaction management capabilities.
