Job summary

FRASER in Cape Town seeks a seasoned Traffic/Workflow Manager to oversee studio workflow from briefing to delivery. You will coordinate scheduling, prioritization, and allocation of creative and production resources across multiple projects, while tracking progress and mitigating risks.

You will act as the communication hub between creative, account management, and production teams, implementing traffic systems to boost efficiency and providing leadership updates on capacity needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Project Management, Media, Advertising, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in traffic management within an advertising, creative, or production environment.
• Proven ability to manage studio workflows and resource allocation.
• Strong administrative and organizational background.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, prioritization, and allocation of creative and production resources across multiple projects.
• Track progress, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Serve as central communication hub between creative, account management, and production teams.
• Implement and refine traffic systems to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, resource utilization, and capacity needs.
• Mentor junior traffic coordinators and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Contribute to production planning and assist with basic production tasks when required.
