Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a professional to effectively support and maintain trading systems across global markets, identify opportunities, and recommend technology solutions to achieve business objectives. The role involves working with business enablement teams, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across the Markets business.

The incumbent will ensure a stable production environment, seek process improvements, and participate in projects in a consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical or finance-related field or relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting trading systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of money markets and FX products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable production environment by supporting trading and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and drive efficiency for Markets business.
• Document processes, procedures and troubleshooting steps for incident recovery and handover.
• Participate in projects in a consulting or specialist capacity throughout lifecycle.
• Manage security and regulatory compliance of trading systems.
• Elicit, analyse and validate requirements for changes to trading systems.
