Employment Solutions seeks a Senior Trader to lead revenue targets across forex and crypto markets from Gauteng. You will negotiate with counterparties, develop client relationships, monitor markets, and provide market commentary while mentoring junior traders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in trading, a sales-driven mindset, and deep FX and crypto market understanding. Remote role with growth potential and ongoing market updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years trading experience in forex, crypto, or financial markets.
• Proven success in increasing trading revenue and volumes.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with a sales-driven approach.
• Excellent written communication skills, including market commentary.
• Deep understanding of FX and crypto markets.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of trading revenue and volume targets across forex and arbitrage.
• Drive growth through strategic trading initiatives.
• Negotiate with counterparties, OTC desks, and liquidity providers.
• Build and develop client relationships to increase trading volumes.
• Monitor markets including USD/ZAR, global FX, crypto, macro data and regulatory updates.
• Write and contribute to market updates and newsletters.
• Adjust trading strategies based on evolving conditions.
• Support and mentor junior traders to improve performance.
• Execute crypto transactions and record trading activities.
• Collaborate with account managers to provide forex quotes and meet client needs.
