Placements24 in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, is seeking a Senior Telecoms Systems Integrator to lead the design, implementation and validation of integrated telecom solutions on-site.

The role requires deep knowledge of telecom protocols, network architectures and hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, Shell) and ITIL familiarity. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with vendors to deliver robust systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications systems integration or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols, network architectures, and relevant hardware/software components.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with both circuit-switched and packet-switched network technologies.
