Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to lead and deliver complex telecoms infrastructure projects in Benoni. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, 8+ years in project management within telecoms, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with telecoms exposure.
• Proven track record of delivering complex telecom projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage project execution, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the telecoms sector.
