Job summary

CDS VINTEC is seeking an experienced Senior Technician to join the Technical Team. You will inspect, repair and maintain crossflow filtration systems, provide technical support for wine presses and harvest equipment, install and commission cellar systems, and travel to client sites as required during harvest season.

Qualifications

• Must have Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent technical qualification.
• Valid Code B driver’s licence (8).
• Minimum five years’ experience with crossflow filtration and harvest equipment.
• Exceptional knowledge of crossflow systems, wine presses and harvest equipment.
• Strong fault-finding, repair and maintenance skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ability and willingness to work under pressure during harvest time.

• Installing, commissioning and maintaining cellar equipment and related systems.
• Assisting customers and operators with technical support and equipment operation.

Minimum requirements

Remuneration

A market-related remuneration package will be offered, based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
